First, switch IYP's ATC mode to Radar contact.
Second, disable MSATC by going into sound options and click the voice button.
Third, go into options 1 and ensure that CP mode 2 radio button is checked.
The Electronic Kneeboard is PF3's way of displaying the frequencies.
To make it easier on you, there is the frequency file this information
is generated from under FSX folder\PF3_displayer\pf3_freqs.dat. I'd
make a shortcut of this on your desktop and have it opened so you
don't have to scan the board with OCR.
