You'll get that no matter what. The welcome dialogue doesn't
disappear, it just is a bitch to get to with screen readers.
The solution? Delete the user config INI file, and reinstall IYP to
get the registration dialogue to come up again. Make sure you don't
shift tab from the name area, otherwise you'll have to do that process
over again!

As I said, I had to reinstall FSX and I thought I would also reinstall
IYP to start with a clean install.
Strangely though, if I start FSx and then start IYP and the welcome
