[bvipilots] mixture control

When Michelle says to check the mixture setting, what do you guys do?  Since
she doesn't read the RPM gauge, it makes it hard to adjust it correctly.  I
have a feeling that there is a better way than using the shift plus F2 and
shift plus F3 keys.
