I dunno how to do with jaws but with nvda simply use the cloud ocr app then go
to library, find the sim program and hit enter to install. It will take about
2-4 hours, at least it did on my poor machine.

Hello, this worked very well with nvda and mac os. I guess try with those two
screen readers and see. Steam really does need work in regard to
accessibility but it appears the website and devs don't' want to obey the
dead line of this year for ADA compliance.
