Check FSX Voice DropDown to make sure the correct device is selected. I
have experienced similar issues. Also check FSX Sound DropDown to make sure
the correct Audio Output device is selected. I think the Voice Dropdown is
the best bet though.

hi there.
I'm using a USB headset with FSX and I have no problem hearing everything
I'm supposed to. But when I unplug my USB headphones, I can hear everything
but ATC. I have the voice set to 100 percent, and enabled.
any help would be appreciated.
