I would recommend Active Sky 2016 since that is the newest version in the
Active Sky series.

First off, RC4 is not a weather program, it is an ATC program.
Therefore, I recommend ActiveSky Next, from Steam.
About backing up purchases from Steam: Steam stores everything in the Cloud, so
that’s really not necessary. You could always sign in on another computer if
you need to and redownload the items. Even better, things like ActiveSky and
AccuFeel will be installed if you got those as well from Steam.

I’ll probably take the plunge on Wednesday the first to take the plunge and
purchase FSX for starters from steam.
When I down load a game purchased from steam, can I back it up to a folder say
on a external hard drive or rewriteable dvd just in case something goes wrong
with the program?
If so, how do I go about doing that?
