[bvipilots] Time IYP reported at end of flight

I noticed something after landing a few minutes ago and getting the Passenger
announcement. I landed in Nice, France, and IYP reported the time as 10:44. I
knew this was not right. France is 7 hours ahead of Central Time. The time
here when I landed and checked the time was 5:44 or somewhere close to it. Is
there a setting I need to change to get the correct time reported because IYP
was 2 hours off.
