[bvipilots] SIMs and STARS.

Now I know that we never could get the FMC to become BVI Pilot friendly.
But do you think we could some how have sids and stars BVI Pilot friendly
Robert?
Now if Robert can't think up of a way so that we too would have access to
sids and stars, maybe anyon of the BVI Pilots from this list who knows how
to write code could help Robert out with this step to be closer to a real
flight.
Just a thought.
