No wonder PF3 was being a problem yesterday. The update screwed up and never
completed. Fortunately, I was able to reinstall PF3 and things are good now.

For those wanting/requested a PF3 tutorial, I did a stream of how to set things
up to work with IYP best last night.
It's important to note for new users that IYP must be in the Radar Contact ATC
mode to work properly. If in the MSATC Simple ATC mode, the default ATC window
may conflict with PF3 keys.
