I don't think that's possible presently. Given that PF3 doesn't
readback instructions on mode 0 and 1, which is the way Robert would
prefer to interface with it, we have to wait on PF3. And while they're
working on implementing that, it's not a top priority for David at
PF3.

I found the activation code.  I put it in the wrong folder.  I give up on
RC4 I think.  I am getting way to many Runtime Error 11 messages at
runways,and thus flying is too much of a pain with RC4.
