Jordan,
If you follow the directions in the installation guide, you will be able to
just start the simulator with traffic configured and you should see some. YOu
need to tell MT where it and the sim are, and install some scenery, but that
whole process is pretty straight-forward and is described in the installation
PDF which comes with it.
Once you’ve done that, you can move the traffic slider to, say, 25%, and you
should get some.
