Most noticeable difference I can tell so far is that now there are military
aircraft flying around, which UT2 does not include. I also noticed a much more
accurate representation of the number of aircraft departing from San Francisco
when I was trying to land earlier tonight. I probably will not see to much in
the way of international flights because they generally arrive and depart
before and after I am flying.

Congratulations to you Jordan.
I got this new kick but pc and each time I go to install disk one of FSX Gold I
get nothing but errors.
So can’t wait to hear your next audio flight.
Would love to see the difference between ultimate traffic 2 and or my traffic.

Jordan,
There is an option in MyTraffic communicator wich disables the default traffic.
The manual is in PDF form in the directory where MT was installed, I believe
in either a manuals or docs folder. Look under “manage FSX,” on the MyTraffic
Communicator menu, I believe.
It’s basically just renaming a specific file in the FSX folder structure,
though.
Best,
Zack.

How do you disable the default traffic? Interestingly, Fs Pilot Shop did not

Jordan,
I would double check the traffic slider in FSX. It’s very weird with any screen
reader I’ve used, having a habit of mysteriously reading at zero no matter
what the actual setting is. I can confirm that with it set to around 25%, as
the manual recommends, I definitely see traffic at Boeing Field, my home
airport. I also made sure to disable the default FSX traffic, so it’s
definitely MT putting some in.
Note that it takes a few minutes to hear some. I notice it most often while
monitoring Ground or Tower frequencies.
Best,
Zack.

Looks like an e-mail to the developer is in order because even with it being
installed correctly, My Traffic still is not showing any traffic.
