Josh, didn't you mean to say to change it to PF3 and not PFE?
Just making sure before I install MCE tomorrow.

You can't use standard navigational controls. You have to use mouse commands.
Change the interface mode to PF3 by going into MCE.ini under
Roming\Multi Crew Experience\mce.ini.

Under the ATC section, change mode=Native to PFE.
