It's under %FSXPATH%\PF3_Display, where %FSXPATH% represents the path to
your flight simulator's root directory. And I know that pf3_freqs.dat is
being created in my case. You might try running PF3 and FSX as
administrator.

I have a suspicions that PF3 is not creating the PF3_freqs.dat file. Where
would it be if it is being created?

Subject: [bvipilots] Issues With PF3
Hi all,
Josh, I'm trying to use PF3 per your tutorial, but I'm having an issue where I
hear absolutely nothing from ATIS. I set up the shortcut to the PF3_freqs.dat
file, opened it, and read the ATIS frequency for my departure airport. I then
told Mike to set COM1 to that frequency...and I heard absolutely nothing. I
have the options set the way you recommended in the tutorial video. I'm using
the RC4 ATC mode in IYP, and the same flightplan was loaded in both FSX and
PF3. I checked in my PF3.ini file, and the volume settings are set like...
vol=0
AtisVol=0
VcpVol=0
BackVol=-1500
So I'm not sure what's going wrong here. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Tyler
