When it comes to microsoft, even sighted people sometimes have problems (proving to microsoft that they have a registered version of a product). I suggest that next time when you have a sighted help, write down your code in notepad or something, and save it to dropbox or what ever service you use for keeping your files.

Hi to all.
I am running jaws version 14.
I had to uninstall fsx and reinstall it.
I had no problems at this point on my own.
I need to gain access to my unlock code.
But we all know since we can not see print, we're stuck at this point.
Is there a phone number and or e-mail address and or some way to prove to microsoft that we've purchased fsx so that we con unlock it so that I can install the excelleration package?
Thanks.
