Hello Robert,

I did a flight from LFOY to LFPG tonight, and IYP would not recognize the
runways at LFOY.  I had to Announce Taxi Intentions Manually, which then
forced me to announce take off intentions manually.  This was an IFR flight.
Just to let you know about this issue at this airport.
