Hi,
I highly suspect that the simulator does not have the foreground view -
meaning that you have another window (application) open (like JAWS) and
Michelle is sending the close door command to that window instead of the
simulator.
It is ABSOLUTELY IMPERATIVE that the simulator remains in the foreground
throughout the entire flight.
