[bvipilots] Here's why I've sadly unistalled FSX.

Hello to my fellow BVI pilot friends.
Unless I can figure out the following two mystories.
1. Why my pln files are going down into my appsdata folder instead of my
flight plan folder
2. why my state.cfg file disappeared on me.
It looks like I'll be grounded.
So unless anyone can figrue out these two problems I sadly will be retiring
from flying.
