Hello to all.
Here is a great guy that has helped me out when ever I've had a issue with
PF3.
He comes from their tech support department.
But for a example, for we on the east coast and haven't yet fallen back a
hour yet, He's five hours a head of us.
But the man's name is
Mr. David March.
His e-mail address is at:

You will need the following program to audio chat with him.
The name of that program is
RemoteSupport.exe
He will give you a link to down load and to install it onto your desktop.
He has never let me down when ever I've had a issue with PF3 ATC.
So hope that will help everyone out.
