[bvipilots] For security reasons, would you recommend to have the UAC constantly turned off?

Hi to all.
I have Microsoft security and microsoft malware constantly running.
With that said, And with the problems of the UAC, would it be a smart idea
to keep UAC turned off?
If the UAC is turned off?
Would Microsoft security and malware be enough to keep the pc secure?
Please advise, should I keep UAC turned on or off?
