First things first. I have Airliners and GA Aircraft turned up to 100% in the
Customize section. I have ferries and ships set to 75% and boats set to 80% I
think. I have airport and road sliders set to 100% as well.
I am liking Traffic 360 so far. It appears to have added much more in the way
of airline traffic which makes things feel much more real. I have only flown
in and out of large international airports thus far, but the amount of traffic
is quite good. The sounds are a bit of a mixed bag, but I do like how they
figured out how to add start up sounds to the AI aircraft, but for the most
part the differences are subtle. Taxiing aircraft sound like taxiing aircraft
and aircraft taking off and landing sound like aircraft taking off and landing.
I have not paid too much attention to the finer details such as if the
aircraft that have thrust reversers are using them or not. The only major
problem with Traffic 360 is the Traffic Contrl Center does not appear to be
accessible. For the basic install though this is not needed because the
installer for Traffic 360 takes care of adding everything in the proper place.
Traffic 360 also adds more flyable aircraft, but since IYP is not interfaced
with them, I am having to wait until I get MCE to see if they are any good.
The A380 is one of the ones that it adds as well as a few A320s and Boeing
757s. There maybe more, but that is what I have found so far.
