My first suggestion would be to ditch the FSP flightplan.
My second suggestion would be to never use ILS landing with FSX Pilot,
as it won't manage flaps or airspeed, just use the glideslope to get
down, thus why you descended at high speed.

I've used it with (TexAir and another one) don't seem to care much about

autolanding <ICAO>" or "fly ilslanding <ICAO>" in my FSP flightplan, I
end up descending extremely fast, often hitting the runway at well over
-1,000 FPM. My last flight, for instance, touched down at approx -1700.
I'd love to be able to use this program with VA's that are much more
picky about their landing rates.
Any ideas on things I could try (tuning parameters, calculating
per-flight climb/descent profiles, etc) would be greatly appreciated.
