[bvipilots] Execution error 1909 5

I am still getting the following error with the IYP Tours when I try to
download them. Right now the only thing that I know that works is when I am
using Free flight. Something is up either with IYP or how something
installed on my computer. Help!
Execution error 1909 5 An error has occured while attempting to
read the tour files.
