[bvipilots] Can't get speech recognition to fire up.

Hi to alI created a new voice profile in speech recognition.
I've also ran the voice tutorial.
I have not ran the voice trainer to train the computer to recognize one's
voice.
I need to take a long break from the pc.
The reason why I pulled and started a new voice profile is because I was
getting that the language didn't match the computer.
Which I knew this was wrong because I had double checked to make sure it was
set on U.S. english.
Besides running through the train the computer to better recognize my voice.
What else can I do to get speech recognition to recognize my voice and to
fire up?
