Zack ok, that, was me beeing stupid again, thanks for the hint, after
some problems where the standard FSX scenery somehow deleted itself, i
think I got it, I will report back when something happens.

No, that’s not quite correct. THe way MyTraffic scenery works is that FSX
searches specific places for its scenery files, and you just need to add the
MyTraffic scenery folder to the list of places FSX will look. THis is done in
FSX’s Scenery Library, not MyTraffic Communicator.
Scenery Library is a button off of the settings screen. You basically just
need to find the place where MT stores its scenery, by default it’s something
like C:\My Traffic Professional\Scenery,and add that “area,” to the list of
ones FSX already searches.
