Hmmm. Not sure. I haven't had that issue except when flying from Edwards AFB;
That occurred with every aircraft I tried from there.

So I just did my first SWA flight and, well, the landing was rough.
So rough that, in fact, in real life the aircraft would've slammed
into the runway.
The flight was from KPHL to KATL, so a good two hours. Everything was
good up until after the approach checklist. Approach checklist
complete, I waited for a bit. IYP then says, "Unless you want me to
perform a visual approach, I suggest you turn off autopilot at this
time."
Well, the glideslope and local were alive, and I was just wondering
when we were going to descend. It was taking a bit and I thought IYP
will turn off the autopilot when it was about to land, and I had
already gotten the "fly strait in" from ATC.
So, in short, it makes me curious, and I turn off autopilot.
IYP speeds up the aircraft and starts climbing again, up to 10000 FT
until I stopped it, told it to descend to 1000, and it landed, but
that speed increase overwrode what the approach checklist did when it
was pretty slow. Should I have perhaps done the approach checklist on
the descent back to 1K?
