Jordan,
I hope they can help. I’ve got a pretty stable environment here, but I’m afraid
I don’t know what else to suggest.
Keep us posted,
Zack.

Hi Zack,
Yep, I tried that service pack, and it still did not help. I am going to
contact support since something is definitely a miss here. I am getting
unhandled exceptions just about everywhere even when I had that company
mysteriously appear that I had tried to origionally create.

Jordan,
Does this happen when you reopen AH? I’ve not known this particular problem
before. Also, might I suggest upgrading to the newest service pack, if you
haven’t already?

What’s odd now is that it is not recognizing that I created a new company
like it should. It is dropping me right into the create a company screen,
but if I type the company name I want in and my name and then go to open
Base, and then I try to select Slidell, I get a message that I already have
a base at that airport. How do I get out of the create a company screen and
go back to where my company should be already listed?
Thanks,
Jordan

Hi Jordan,
Okay, basically, you need to explore the screen a bit. If you hit Alt,
you’ll be able to see a ribbon menu, kind of like the one Word uses. There
are a few categories, such as jobs, your company, etc. I think NVDA object
navigation might make understanding how things are laid out a bit easier.
You basically can find the Jobs Board, which might already be displayed
somewhere, and from there get an idea of what’s where.
GOt to go just now, but happy to help when I get back.
Best,
Zack.

I finally was able to create a company in Air Hauler, but now what do I do?
After I relaunched the program after needing to do a couple of things, I
clicked on my company and hit okay. Now, both Jaws and NVDA are not
reading anything after I hit okay.
