Even if you use the built in Real World Weather in FSX, it is not correct. In
fact, it is often far from real world. Compare the weather FSX gives you when
you use its built in real world weather to what Michelle tells you it is if you
ask her for the weather. I have been using FSX WX for a couple of days now,
and it is very close to what Michelle would say to you if you ask her. So far,
I have found FSX WX to be worth the somewhat lengthy installation process.

I assume that you will need to use some kind of whether program like FSx wx if
you actually want the real world weather conditions with your flight? I find
that If I don't use a weather program,I get the same ATIS report all the time,
at least if I take off from Chicago Midway. that must be a default weather
setting that FSX uses

One thing to note if you decide to go through the process of installing FSX WX.
You need to not launch IYP until you have connected the weather program. I
have found that firing up FSX and hittingFly Now and once FSX has loaded, hit
Connec on the Weather program. Then you should be able to launch IYP and load
your flight without a problem.
