Hey everyone,
If anyone is interested in becoming pro at machining, the Scientific
Instrumentation Facility (SIF) hosts a machining class during the summer,
fall semester and spring semester.
SIF is the place we send all our expensive equipment to, and you will be
learning from some of the best machinists in the area. Currently, there is
a bunch of room in the summer class.
Classes are Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10am-noon.
NOTE: These classes are worth *zero* credits.
I took this class for a while, so if you have any questions feel free to
let me know.
If you're interested in participating this summer, please shoot me an email
(jmpedro@xxxxxx). If you're interested in participating during the fall
semester, let me know too, but there are no guarantees you'll get the class.
