The constitution should read at least sophomore year, not exclusively. Just
so everyone is aware. That was a typo.

Hello everyone,
It’s that special time of year! Elections! Next meeting, on the 28th,
we’ll go over how the elections are going to work. We’ll be doing a Q&A.
The following week, on 4. April, we’ll end our meeting with short
presentations/speeches by any candidates.
From the group constitution (BURPG\Leadership\2016-2016\OrgSync\BURPG
Constitution 2015-2016):
o All elections will take place in the first two weeks of April 2016.
To be eligible for an e-board position, a member must be entering their
sophomore year in Fall 2016 and must have been an active member for at
least 2 semesters.
§ Elections will be held via an anonymous online poll where each member
is required to register so as to only receive one vote.
§ All active members are allowed to vote, and every vote counts equally.
§ In the event of a tie, another election will be held between the tied
candidates. Any further necessary action will be decided upon by the
e-board should the situation arise.
§ The results of the election will be announced at the next weekly
meeting following the close of the election.
§ Newly elected members will take partial-office immediately after the
elections where they will learn the duties of their new position. Full
replacement of current e-board will take place following the end of the
Spring semester.
If you have any questions, contact me or ask at the next meeting.
Have a nice weekend,
