How does one calculate the level of difficulty for a passing pattern?
I think it's: cycle count/pass count

More cycles per passes are easier (bigger number is easier)
4-count = 4/1 = 4
3-count = 3/1 = 3
2-count = 2/1 = 2
Ultimate = 1/1 = 1

In that case... JoeD has the easiest pattern

JoeD: three count, self-self-pass - 3/1 = 3
JoeF: inverted bookends, self-self-pass-self-pass - 5/2 = 2.5
Vance: bookends, pass-pass-self-pass-self - 5/3 = 1.667
Jerry: inverted three count, pass-pass-self = 3/2 = 1.5
