Dear sir/madam,
My name is Georgia, I am a BSAC Instructor and currently in my final year of my
PhD in Maritime Archaeology at the University of Southampton (Ergo Number:
62532). As part of my research, I am reaching out to divers to understand their
perspectives on how our underwater heritage, such as shipwrecks, are protected.
I am hoping that by doing so, divers will be able to be more involved in
protecting the UK's rich underwater heritage!
I am contacting you with the hope that you may be able to send this voluntary
survey and accompanying quiz to the members of your dive club. They should take
no more than five minutes each to complete. The participants will not be able
to complete the questions without checking the consent box which will be
provided at the start of the survey.
