Re Dave Whitcher's email earlier today, see the attached email from Ocean View
in Lancing. You don't get a replacement unit as Suunto don't have any. The
dive shop sends the units back to Suunto in Fareham and you get your unit back
after Suunto have repaired it.

Hi Andrew,
We would like to advise our customers that Suunto has announced a recall of
all Suunto Wireless Tank Pressure Transmitters and Suunto Tank PODs
Suunto has identified a potential safety risk affecting all Suunto Wireless
Tank Pressure Transmitters and Suunto Tank PODs which wirelessly transmit
tank air pressure to compatible Suunto dive computers. In two reported
incidents, the exterior case of a Suunto Wireless Tank Pressure Transmitter
has failed during regular dry land pressure testing. Although extremely rare,
this represents a potential risk of injury due to the risk of bursting.
Diver safety is of highest importance to Suunto. That is why Suunto has
decided to initiate a recall of all Suunto Wireless Tank Pressure
Transmitters and Suunto Tank PODs.
Bring your Transmitter / Pod into the centre and fill out the Suunto customer
claim request form. We will then, for the time being, send your unit to
Suunto for the inspection and upgrade, which includes a free battery
replacement by Suunto, after which it will be returned to us at the dive
centre, we will then inform you that it is back with us to be collected.
