Hello everyone, hope you had an excellent 4th of July!
Who wants to go sailing this week? Tuesdays at Courageous, 5:30 PM in Rhodes?
And who's up for match racing at CBI on Thursday, 5:30 PM in Sonars? Last
week Katherine absolutely killed a windward mark rounding without any guiding
at all. And Leo absolutely killed the windward mark itself while sailing
blindfolded...ha! Don't worry though, the beeper buoy lives another week. Our
friends at Olin have been taking great care of the equipment. Their latest
improvement has been the range on the buoy remote antenna, which can now
control the buoys from farther away. Thanks team!
In other news, Jodi Mundon, a blind sailor from Canada, has reached out
looking for interest in the Canadian Invitational Blind Sailing Regatta. The
info she sent is below, and I attached the NOR. I know they would love to see
a Boston team, so please reach out if you are interested!
