What's up with practice this week: we have Advanced Racing on Tuesday at
Courageous, and Open Practice on Thursday at Community Boating. There's been a
few questions about Advanced Racing and I want to clarify that blind sailors
can participate as crew for a sighted skipper if they have not yet demonstrated
"advanced" skills. This is contingent on having enough guides.
If you are interested in racing on Tuesday, please let Leo and me know, and we
will work out a plan.
If you are coming to practice on Thursday, please RSVP by Wednesday! We can't
wait!
Last week we had a bit of a communication snafu and emails got lost. We're
working to fix that on our end, but in the meantime, you can help by replying
directly to this email, not to someone else's response. We will also make sure
to send a confirmation email day of practice.
