Please find attached the Notice of Race (NOR) for the 3rd Annual Boston Open Blind Sailing Regatta, which will be held on Sunday, October 21, 2018 at Community Boating in Boston. Please distribute this far and wide to any blind sailors and guides who may be interested in participating.
