[Bristol-Birds] revised estimate of Com Tern numbers

After considering numbers seen from three sites on South Holston Lake, I am
revising our best estimate of Common Tern numbers as 550 + from the TD Florence
fallout.

Large numbers were also seen on Watauga Lake, Fort Patrick Henry Lake,
and Boone Lake.  Probably totaling over one thousand birds from these 4 lakes,
all in northeast Tenn.
