[Bristol-Birds] check for merlins

I guess it would be a good time to start checking Oak Hill Cemetery in
Kingsport for the arrival of our wintering Merlins. I would also encourage
anyone else who can check an area with similar habitat to be on the
lookout. Sunrise and sunset seem to be particularly good times to look for
the birds as they seem to prefer to perch right in the treetops for a while
before they roost.
