[Bristol-Birds] belated Western Grebe record for Washington Co., VA

This is a photo of what is believed to be a Western Grebe found
5 March 2011 on a small millpond located on the Middle Fork Holston
River in Washington Co., VA by Dennis Austin of Abingdon, VA. He
provided me the photo today (7 Dec 2011), after having told me about
seeing and photographing the bird. This is an accidental species for
the Upper Holston River watershed in either Virginia or Tennessee.
At least one other birder is known to have received a copy of this
photo, according to Austin. I am not aware that the presence of the
bird and/or photograph was ever made public before today.
