Although their numbers have been building for past couple of days, today (Nov. 26) was really wild. There was a feeding frenzy that included about 200+ Cedar Waxwings, 40-50 American Robins and a couple of Eastern Bluebirds. These birds are feeding on the "pears" of a Bradford Pear next to the fish pond at my home on Simerly Creek. I can't recall ever hosting such a large flock of waxwings. Bryan Stevens Hampton, TN
