[Bristol-Birds] Watauga Lake white pelican report

I read in Tom Hodges column in Thursdays Johnson City newspaper that a Don 
Sluder reported a White Pelican that he first saw a couple of weeks ago at 
Fish Springs boat dock on Watauga Lake.  The article also states that TWRA 
has known about the bird.  Has anyone heard anything or been to see it?
