[Bristol-Birds] South fork of the Holston River.... Help please

I am trying to find directions to put in and take out for fishing below weir
damn on the S. Fork of the Holston River. the Put in is Weir Dam and take
out is Webb Bridge. can anyone help with that. Thanks. Im hopefully going
around 3 this evening.
