[Bristol-Birds] SNOW WATCH NOW WARNING; 5-10 INCHES !

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MORRISTOWN HAS UP GRADED THE WEEKEND WEATHER 
ALERT TO  A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY  SNOWFALL.....THE  WARNING IS IN 
EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 7 PM EST SATURDAY.  THE PRIOR OUTLOOK OF A 
WINTER STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.   RAIN WILL CHANGE OVER TO SNOW 
LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE THROUGH SATURDAY. SNOWFALL WILL BE HEAVY AT 
TIMES TONIGHT AND SATURDAY MORNING.   * TOTAL SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 5 TO 10 
INCHES EXPECTED BY SATURDAY EVENING...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE 
ACROSS THE HIGHEST ELEVATIONS.   * TRAVEL IS EXPECTED TO BECOME HAZARDOUS IN 
THE WARNING AREA BY TONIGHT.
