[Bristol-Birds] Report on Herndon Bird Club field trip to Sullivan County

The Herndon Bird Club had its field trip to Sullivan County waterfowl areas 
Saturday, Nov. 23.  Eleven people participated in all or sections of the trip.  
We birded at the Weir Dam, overlook at S. Holston Lake Dam, Rooty Branch and 
Pemberton Rds., Musick's Campground, Middlebrook Lake, and Paddle Creek.  
Species seen included:

Red-breasted Merganser

Pied-billed Grebe
Horned Grebe

Great Blue Heron
Black Vulture

Bald Eagle (4:  2 Adult at the S. Holston Lake Dam Overlook, 1 imm. at Musick's 
and 1 imm. at Paddle Creek)
