The Herndon Bird Club had its field trip to Sullivan County waterfowl areas Saturday, Nov. 23. Eleven people participated in all or sections of the trip. We birded at the Weir Dam, overlook at S. Holston Lake Dam, Rooty Branch and Pemberton Rds., Musick's Campground, Middlebrook Lake, and Paddle Creek. Species seen included: Canada Goose Gadwall Am.
