Saw a Red-shouldered hawk with very pale head and light breast streaking. This is my first Red-shouldered for east Tennessee so I wasn't expecting such a lightly colored bird. After a little research I realize that this bird was a Florida form of the Red-shouldered Hawk. I don't know how common this form is in Northeast TN, so I thought I would report it.
