An Osprey is apparently building a nest on top of a light tower (ring of eight
lights on a pole) located on South Holston Dam Road. The nest/tower is on the
Bristol Water Treatment Plant property.
We have only observed one bird at a time, repeatedly carrying sticks to the
nest.
