Yesterday I saw one of the South Fork of Holston River bald eagles in the tree that they preferred last year. They have not used that tree much this year. Today I saw the Osprey that has spent several weeks with us each spring. It was in the usual spot on the river below our house. Our cousin said that he had been seeing it for a few days. I have been seeing a pair of Brown Thrashers in the yard for the last few days. Lois Cox Riverside Rd.
