Area Birders,
Yesterday, 5/6/03, an Orange-crowned Warbler appeared in the cherry tree
just outside our kitchen window. A short time later a Cerulean Warbler was
heard near the edge of the yard in the woods. The Blackpoll that was here
last week stayed around for a couple of days. These warblers are in addition
to the two pairs of Yellow Warblers nesting in the yard and the Chat nesting
in the nearby field. Great yard birds.
