Fri. 30 APR 2004 Clyde Austin 4-H Center, Greeneville, TN D. Holt Saw something different this morning, finally tracked it down, heard it sing, figured it out. I haven't had a for sure Orange-crowned Warbler before. There were two very active ones in the trees along the creek. My first impression was Palm Warblers because of yellow undertail coverts and some tail motion, but the unmarked tail, lack of a crown, and overall dull color led me to guess Orange-crowned, and the song clinched it.
