This bird has been at Windy Hill Farm in Loudon County just south of Knoxville,
TN. There has been a lot on tn-birds about it.

Subject: Northern Wheatear strange photo
I don't know how or why this photograph came out like it did. I shot through my
spotting scope and the image was way too bright. I lowered the exposure and the
brightness and this is what I got. It looks like a painting.
